Unpublished chapbook looking for a publisher

The title of my chapbook comes from the line from "Dead Hearts" by the band Stars. The line "they were kids that I once knew" as well as the song and its theme elicited a desire to pay homage to those children (some real, some I knew, some imagined) who grew up and those who never had the chance.
