Chatter in the Skull

What does it mean to be a father? A husband? A man? Am I enough?

A collection of obsessive thoughts and anxiety by a neurodivergent poet trying to survive in a tumultuous world.

The concept and title was inspired by the lecture from Alan Watts: "Don't Think Too Much"

"A person who thinks all the time has nothing to think about except thoughts [...] by thoughts, I mean specifically, chatter in the skull. Perpetual and compulsive repetition of words, of reckoning and calculating."
